1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and jjj77.pro ("jjj77", "the Platform", "we", "us") in connection with your use of the website and all services available on it. 3. Account Rules

Your jjj77 account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone — jjj77 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify jjj77 of any suspected unauthorised access. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

Account usernames, registered email addresses and phone numbers can only be updated by contacting the support team with appropriate verification. jjj77 does not allow the transfer of accounts between individuals or the sale of accounts.

Account balances, bonuses and any accumulated VIP status are non-transferable. They exist solely within your registered account and cannot be moved, gifted or sold to another player.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on jjj77 are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, standard bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other mobile wallets. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit process.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: minimum PKR 200 per transaction
• Raast and bank transfer: minimum PKR 500 per transaction
• Debit and credit cards: minimum PKR 300 per transaction

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your jjj77 balance within seconds of the transaction completing on your mobile wallet. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect depending on the sending bank's processing time.

jjj77 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — check with your bank or mobile wallet provider if you are unsure.

All payment methods must be registered in your own name. jjj77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as coming from an account not matching your registration details, it may be refunded and your account reviewed.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your account dashboard at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must be verified. Verification requires submission of a valid CNIC copy and confirmation of the payment method you intend to use for the withdrawal. This is a one-time process — once your account is verified, future withdrawal requests do not require re-submission of documents unless your details change.

Withdrawal processing times by method:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically processed within 1 hour on business days
• Raast: typically processed within 2–4 hours on business days
• Bank transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank
• Card withdrawals: 3–5 business days

jjj77 processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. During high-volume periods such as PSL match days or major promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. The support team will notify you if there is any expected delay beyond the standard timeframes listed above.

Withdrawals from bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements being met in full before the withdrawal can be approved. Attempting to withdraw from a bonus balance before completing the required wagering will result in the bonus being forfeited and the original deposit amount being released for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jjj77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players including a welcome bonus, weekly reload bonuses, free spin events, PSL match-day offers, cashback and referral rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. The general bonus rules below apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit. The standard welcome offer is a percentage match up to a specified PKR cap. The welcome bonus must be wagered 25 times within 7 days of activation. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this window, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from the account.

General Bonus Rules:

• Only one bonus can be active on an account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be stacked or combined.
• Bonuses are optional — you can choose to deposit without activating any bonus, and your deposit will be unrestricted real money from the moment it lands.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using the games specified in each promotion's terms. Some games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all towards wagering — this is stated clearly in each promotion's individual conditions.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum while wagering a bonus may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonus funds won from free spins are subject to the same wagering requirements as standard deposit bonuses unless stated otherwise.
• jjj77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled mid-wagering, any progress already completed will be credited proportionally where technically possible.

7. Games & Fair Play

This means every outcome is entirely independent of previous results, bet size, account type or any other variable. The RNG certification applies to all games in the lobby without exception.

8. Player Conduct

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play
• Colluding with other players or coordinating play to gain an unfair advantage

Accounts identified as engaging in any of the above activities will be closed permanently without appeal, and any balance held at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation.

12. Account Termination
